Description

Once the user leaves the company, delete the organization’s information and leave personal photos, contacts, programs and documents as they are, or even “delete accounts”. Deleting Devices and Deleting Accounts enables their Google Apps to store company data.

Google improved the online management of apps and software on iOS devices in September 2015. The update allows people to separate meetings and software from personal apps and information about iOS devices (Google offers similar features on Android, as part of of Android features). The mods make Google Apps easier to use in BYOD mode.

Now, the “delete account” command sent to some iPhone or iPad device will delete data from apps installed on all Google Devices apps. No software or other information on your device will be affected. Personal photos remaining in configuration information will disappear from the device.

The new iOS mobile software management features require some installation. Make changes from the Google Apps management panel as well as on all iOS devices involved.

1. Connect Google apps to Apple push ificationsma Notification.

It will first connect your Google account to the Apple console app. Apple created a payment slip, which you downloaded from Apple and uploaded to your G Apps account. This integrates Google Apps with Apple to allow iOS devices to manage.

Log in to your Google Apps management account and go to the device, then your mobile phone (in the list), then select “Customize Apple Push Certificate”. When the certificate is present, you will see “Apple Push Certificate Management” instead of “Settings …”. This process takes a few minutes and may require you to activate your Apple ID account to log into the Apple system.

2. Configure the device management settings

Go to the device management settings in the Google app (i.e., in game management: device address | mobile device management settings | mobile).

Under General Settings, be sure to try the following options such as:

Enable iOS sync for customers

I recommend checking the ‘Approved Activity’ box and entering your own email address from the box. This allows you to self-examine and accepts any mobile phone connection request. Of course, this reduces and improves connectivity for new devices, but stress improves your business security.

3. Install the iOS software

Finally, add any free iOS software to your organization’s “software development” list (in the control panel, then go to device address | Mobile phone | iOS app). Select the twist button on the lower right of the screen, find the name of the iOS program, and log in.

Can add any free iOS software to the list. Can include Chrome browser and invite people to use Chrome and iOS browsing Safari and iOS to browse individually.

Remember, all programs embedded in iOS devices and Google Play Policy applications are to be removed if you are running Deleted Account Remotely. For example, if you include Last Pass, doing a “deleted account” not only removes your Google Apps information, it also removes Last Pass account data from the device.

Install any iOS device

Anyone who wants to join an iOS device with a Google Apps account of their organization will want to complete these steps.

1. Install the program

You need to log in to your Google Apps account and allow the program to customize the Google Apps device profile profile on your system. You can also wait for your Google Apps administrator to review your device subscription.

2. Equipment installation

Once you’ve received your device, launch the Google Toolbar app and select any of the listed ones to customize it. These programs will be integrated with your Google application for Service account information. Software installed in this way can help protect and store your business information from iTunes accounts and programs.
